WHY DO THE PRESS UPS SEEM DIFFICULT?

Quite simply Wii Fit push ups are more ‘military’ in style.

In general when we excercise ourselves, we tend to take the easy option, especially when press ups are concerned! This results in our elbows jutting out, and a ‘wide arm’ stance. And furthermore, after the first few you may rush the remainder in an attempt to get the ordeal over with.

Wii Fit eliminates all the short cuts, their press ups require that your arms are closer together (due to the size of the board), plus the instructor determines how long each press up lasts. Ouch!

These press ups will initially seem more difficult, but they will be giving you a proper work out. Incidentally, a lot of people when they get tired or frustrated with a certain level may opt to peek at some Wii Fit Cheats, although this sort of thing wouldn’t interest you …would it? :wink:
