Shape Boxing : Wii de Enjoy Diet
Weird Name, but Dutch looking title aside Shape Boxing puts you through your paces in a way that Wii Sports Boxing only dreams of!
You use the balance board to perfect your footwork and balance (all important to the wannabe pugilist, and don’t be misled by the ‘cartoon’ look of the characters, after you’ve had a quick blast through the various boxing stances and 28 lessons you’ll know you’ve been worked over.
It also provides the dreaded nutritional advice which will basically tell you what you already know (i.e. those cakes and sweets aren’t going to turn you into a champ!)
