Wii Fit Results – Does Wii Fit Work?

One of the most commonly asked questions about Nintendo’s Wii Fit is ‘Does Wii Fit Work?’

There are many reviews produced by the mainstream press, and you can take a look at our collection of Wii Fit Reviews here. But sometimes what the papers say is only half the story, sure it may be a load of fun to play, be very clever in terms of design and  graphics but all this doesn’t answer one simple question.

Does Wii Fit get results?

To answer this question it’s wise to take a look at a number of the more ‘in depth’ blogs that fans, critics and sceptics alike have set up, these longer articles give the Wii Fit a good work out over a prolonged period of time, giving a much more accurate indicator of the results achievable via the game.

The short answer tends to be that Wii Fit DOES work IF you put the effort in. It’s still up to the individual to keep the exercise up and also maintain a healthy diet at the same time, and what you put into Wii Fit ultimately determines what you get out.
